The cookies are sealed in individual bags (some cookies are packed in multiple bags depending on the type and size of cookies), then packed in a white bread box, then in layers of bubble wrap inside a sturdy shipping carton. .
Sometimes, the cookie may break in transit (and still be delicious!); However, as we cannot control how packages are handled in transit, we cannot guarantee that cookies will be breached.
A typical color chart is shown; Custom colors are available, but exact matches are not guaranteed. All colors can be made lighter/pastel.

Cookies are not guaranteed to arrive undamaged. Sometimes a cookie or two may get damaged in transit. This is a rare occurrence. We ship bubble wrap cookies in bread boxes packed in sturdy shipping cartons and sealed in poly bags. Because cookies are perishable and not resold, there are no refunds for cookies. Credits or replacements will be issued at the store’s discretion if there are documented issues (photos) with the delivery of your cookies.
Once cookies are ordered, we do not offer refunds. Depending on the detailed work quantity and order size, production may begin one week prior to the requested ship date.
“Shop Hours” – We check and respond to messages 7 days a week from 7am to 7pm – excluding holidays. We check and respond as often as possible, but less frequently on Sundays and Mondays (biggest shipping day) than the rest of the week. Requests or orders received between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM EST will not be processed and will not be scheduled for the next day after 7:00 AM – as received.
