Blank Cornell Notes Printable – The start of the school year is right around the corner, which means keeping a long journal will be a critical part of success for students from middle school to college. Each person has their own way of dealing with the teacher’s oral, written or video lesson, and note-taking methods can be as varied as people with brevity or writing styles. But the most widely used note-taking method, especially at the college level, is called the “Cornell note-taking system or method.”
The Cornell Notes system was developed in the 1950s by Cornell University education professor Walter Pock. This note-taking method follows a very specific formula where the learner writes down all the key concepts presented during the lecture/lecture in a middle/right column and then reviews the questions for notes and notes, tips, etc. A short summary in a left column and also in a bottom section. The taker is encouraged to regularly review the notes in these three sections to retain a greater percentage of the information presented.
