Stained Glass Christmas Angel Patterns
All of my glass begins as handmade sheets of different colors and as such each item I make varies due to different textures, color variations, iridescent coatings, wrinkles, bubbles, etc. that occur naturally in handmade glass. All parts are hand cut, sanded, copper plated and soldered by me. The final process may involve adding a copper or dark/metallic patina to the solder – or sometimes just leaving the solder silver! Each piece is polished and checked for damage before being posted. This method is called the Tiffany method, as the same process is used to make the famous “Tiffany lamps”.

This listing is for a stained glass angel model. This simple stained glass design can be used to make a Christmas gift simply by changing the colors or you can use it as a guardian angel pattern to create a unique glass gift for someone special.
This angel pattern has the option of adding contrasting color to the sleeves or making them as one piece. The choice is entirely yours!
This project is aimed at hobbyists who are beginners but have some experience. With 18 pieces (or 22 if you add contrasting color to the sleeves) you can make this beautiful angel sun catcher without getting overwhelmed. A few large pieces combined with smaller pieces provide practice without too many tricky little pieces to work with.

Great model!! The only thing I wish is that the seller would include the best place to put the rings to hang. It took me a try or two to get them to hang properly
