This ultra-realistic foliage is created by injection molded PE plastic and several different pigment colors to mimic the structure, texture and color of natural evergreen needles. Pine Needles The PVC needles used by Balsam Hill® are specially designed to mimic the size and texture of long thin pine needles. These needles also have the solid structure of real pine needles. If you roll it between your thumb and finger, you will feel the lump.
