Thanks for your response, sorry you had some printing issues. If a page is printed upside down, the printer is set to print the program as a flip book instead of a book. To change this, find the place on the printer that tells you how to change the paper (this will be in the paper holder). There are two options for how the paper will roll when printed: ‘short’ and ‘long’. Choose a position that says ‘roll over the short edge’ or ‘tie the short edge’.

All my documents have been tested to print as they were seen, if they look different in any way when printed, this is a problem with your printer, the files will not be sent to you as JPG and PDF. I only work with high quality images and text so the file cannot be physically edited.
