The easiest way to create a registration page is to choose a well-designed template for this page. You can download it in any of four formats: Word, Excel, formatted PDF or as an image file. The format you choose will depend on how much you want to use the form and how much you want to change it. The image format cannot be edited at all, while the Word format can be customized to suit your needs. The edited PDF signature page can be filled out, but you can’t change the headings or format. For example, you can’t add an extra column the way you can in Word.
