These warm and cozy Smitten are upcycled from old sweaters and lined with Polartec fleece, which is recycled and made in the USA. The sweaters used are wool and fleece that are machine washed and dried so they be thicker and warmer.

Poor me! Most personalized items are already offered in my listings. I have a list of a couple of Smittens made from your favorite sweater. You sent me your sweater and I turned it into Smittens! All of my quilted fleece t-shirt blankets are also personalized.
Most of my recent listings include a photo of one of the Smitten’s on my measuring table to show approximate sizing. There is some variation between pairs, but these are approximate measurements for medium adults. Bottom of cuff to top of finger pocket is ~10″, width at widest of palm is ~4.5″, and wrist circumference is ~6-7″ .

Small ones are about an inch or less and have a narrower wrist cuff. The Large is about 2″ longer than the Medium and has a wider cuff and finger pocket.

There is a size difference between the hats because they are all handmade and different sweaters are more stretchy than others.
The gloves are made in two separate layers: an inner fleece with an attached sweater cuff, and an outer sweater layer. When I started making Smittens, I closed the cuff at the front and back with embroidery floss. After the first 60 pairs or so, I stopped doing this because customers indicated that they liked being able to adjust the cuff to their liking, and some even folded the cuff and tucked it into the sleeve of their winter coat. . That said, I do not baste almost every pair unless the cuff material really needs to be basted. If you’d like the bracelet glued on, send me a message and I’ll be happy to do it, although shipping may be delayed depending on my schedule.
