* For a beautiful sleep, avoid direct sunlight and away from places with high humidity. I use a can of compressed air to blow out the bouquet (if it’s dusty!) – it removes dust and dirt easily without damaging the flowers. 🙂

Sola flowers are made from a dry plant native to Asia – a better comparison would be balsa wood. These are not hardwood products – they are light, wet washable (but wet washable!), beautiful. Each flower is handmade by an artisan, making each one a unique work of art! So each flower will be slightly different in appearance – some may have bark spots from eating wood (they are smaller unless they are bark flowers!) and some may be different shapes.
Yes. I take great care in handling and shipping to keep your flowers safe and beautiful. Natural colored flowers give much more and are less fragile. Generally, the darker the color, the more fragile the flower can become. The paint slightly changes the texture. But they are stronger than you think! First – let me know! 🙂 I’m always trying to improve and appreciate it when people message me first so I can help! Large orders will be placed with a touch device. If the edges of the flower are just clipped, I recommend careful trimming with scissors to even out the wash and a little paint of a similar shade (mixed with water!) will cover it properly. My goal is always to keep your flowers in the best possible condition, but due to their fragile nature, there are sometimes sacrifices. 🙂 I’m always happy to help and appreciate the opportunity to do so!
I custom paint every order and can usually get close to most colors. Colors may vary slightly due to viewing on different screens. As each batch of flowers is made to order, shades may vary slightly.
Yes. Most custom orders will have at least a few photos taken – usually at different stages of putting the items together. I provide reviews for free – up to a point. Please do not abuse this policy – I want you to be happy with your items and I love to show you what you get. After 3 changes, there will be a $5 fee for proofs and changes. This policy is to help me keep things under control – of course, if something goes wrong with your order while I’m fulfilling it, I’ll fix it for you!

I use double walls for most sleep orders, especially those traveling long distances. I would always recommend using special shipping to get your items to you as quickly as possible with as little human touch as possible. Each box is as careful as possible – I have to hold things a little tighter to keep things from rotating, which can wobble a little. The baby will need to be fluffed after your order arrives – and in some cases I have extra just in case. To give your bouquets enough room to spread out and avoid flat spots, remove them from each box as soon as possible and store them intact in a vase or jar until the day of the event.
That’s what I do! I love when I can help! However, rush orders cannot be cancelled, so please keep this in mind when purchasing and planning.
I currently measure by diameter and inches. I usually have 5″, 7″, and 9-10″ sizes for most styles. I’d be happy to send pictures to show each size if you’d like – I’m trying to get a list with the size. 🙂 I can also make custom sizes up to 12″ – just message me to discuss!
How quickly I can process your order depends on several different factors. If you are ordering a custom item, you have probably already spoken to me and I know the date you need the item by. I complete orders by the requested/requested date. If you order and don’t let me know when you need it or by what day you want it, I put it into my schedule where it will fit – so my processing time varies a lot. When you receive your items, I recommend that you carefully open each item and remove it from the box. Bouquets work best when kept straight in a vase/container to avoid flat spots. I’m happy to advise you on how to ‘gift’ any flowers that may seem too small to move! A little water and a mild refreshment works wonders. 🙂

They turned out beautiful! I had no idea what to expect but they were perfect!!! The only thing is that one of them had a few petals that failed, but I think I can fix that with hot glue.
