And today we have prepared for you a very simple drawing lesson, in which we will focus on how to draw a monkey for children. But it is not easy to believe that these beasts are greater, when we look at the apes successfully defeating each other. However, according to Darwin’s theory, humans evolved from apes, so we have a lot in common. So let’s start drawing.
Drawing a monkey is very interesting from the artist’s point of view. Even in this cartoon you can see the similarities between man and monkey. We have already said that the cat, the cow, the rabbit, and the monkey are animals in proportions similar to human proportions. First, draw the monkey’s head in a circle. Then draw a spine that goes evenly into the tail, using a curved line. Draw the arms and legs in short, straight lines. In the beginning, light and smooth lines should be used, so that it is easier to erase the features in later times.

Now let’s turn the lovely monkey tree into silhouette. Begin by marking the head using two straight lines, vertical and horizontal. The vertical (a small curved line) is the line of facial symmetry, and the horizontal (also curved) describes the position of the eyes. These two lines are perpendicular and their curves indicate the position of the head, which is slightly raised and placed. The arms (between the head and the elbow), the arms (from the elbow to the wrist) and the hands are divided into three distinctly identifiable parts. Abdominal movements are performed using an oblong and curved shape. The way the feet are also three parts (from top to bottom): the thigh, the tibia, the foot. Draw tail shapes using curved and smooth lines.

Draw our cute monkey face. With the symmetrical lines of the face from the upper level, draw the eyes (they look like two elongated ovals). Draw two half-oval shapes for the ears. Draw a mouth, as in our picture below. Also above the eyes the line of the eyebrows is drawn in the shape of the letter “M”. Moment point and human face proportions, the upper apes’ ears lying in the same plane with the eyebrows and the lower tips of the ears in the same plane as the nose. You can see similar faces of monkeys in many cartoons.
Remove the lines outside the head. Circle the lines as shown in the image below. Draw the ears with the ears. Pull the nose a little. They draw the pupils in the eyes, they mark their position, which transmits the sight. Also, don’t forget to draw a vertical curved line under the nose.
Draw the wire, draw the hands and fingers of our monkey. How can we draw the shape and position of the hands more precisely, because the position of the hands must be passed. Trace the wool in a few vertical lines that will end at the wrist. Don’t forget to delete the features.
The last step of the lesson in drawing is to draw a monkey for kids. Also, as in the previous steps, draw the abdomen and draw a long shape like an onion in the middle of the pattern.
