Do you hold regular business conferences? Does your business have large office lunches or meetings where everyone needs to know where to sit? Or are you a wedding planner who wants to find an affordable and flexible way to print business cards for every wedding?
When you print your own, you can customize the scene cards for every meeting, lunch, wedding, etc. You don’t have to pay for pre-printed scene cards or worry about whether or not they will all have the right names. If it’s a smaller wedding or reunion, you won’t have to worry about a minimal print job. You can print as many as you want for each event.
For this post we will use Awesome Bob’s University as an example. They are having an alumni reunion for the class of 2002. We will go over the steps they can take to print their own reunion tent cards.
How To Make A Double Sided Table Tent In Word
Open the template you just downloaded in Microsoft Word (some may have opened automatically). You’ll notice that the template already contains some text. The text is set to use for a business card as it is a business card template. If you are going to have text inside the scene card, you should pay close attention to how the text is arranged.
To get the text inside the card, you will need to print on both sides of the paper. To get an idea of how you will need to feed the paper into your printer, you can go ahead and use a piece of paper to test how the default text will print.
Here you can have fun! You can use the logo, colors, etc. of your company. We’ll use Microsoft Clip Art for this example, but you should use your own graphics or photos of your company.
Don’t forget that there are two sides to curtain paper. You can have the person’s name on both sides or you can have their name on the side facing the chair and your company information on the back. The design is entirely up to you!
