As a long-time user and in my opinion, Mapquest routeplanner was a great app for effectively planning multi-stop trips. I have been trying to use it for the past few months and now it is completely out of order. It will not download Excel files effectively or efficiently. When I set the addresses manually, it changes all the addresses to the same address. If he shows that he has “rearranged” the stops, he is absent during the inspection. I followed all the fixes recommended by the Mapquest route planner multiple times and they did nothing, just ended up being a huge waste of my time.

Mapquest has the address listed for my business, while other search engines show the correct address. On Mapquest, I tried asking my business to change the address myself, but it took me to an ad page that quickly went nowhere from their website.
I went back to MapQuest and looked at the contact us page and tried to contact them again for help. No matter what I enter in the form, it says my request is marked as suspected spam and won’t send it.

I used MapQuest for a two-way trip. He told me the fastest route took nine miles of side streets instead of the highway. I checked the same order of destinations in Waze and it was much faster and made more sense.

Honestly, what is Mapquest? It doesn’t work very well on iOS, so maybe it’s just me. But enter the address and the lower part of the map is displayed mixed with garbage pads (not collapsible in any way). Useless. Forget the instructions – there’s nowhere to try. It’s a big ad that doesn’t make any sense. Terrible horrible horror!
