Large Printable Star – At some point in your life you must draw or paint some stars. It is difficult to get a perfect uniform shape and size when drawing freehand. That’s why you need a star template. This will make your work easier, faster and you will get a net more unified final look.
To make a star template, you will need to gather the following materials: printer, paper, cardboard, scissors and painter’s tape. You can get a star template design from the internet or you can use clip art that you can easily find in Microsoft Word. Adjust the size of the star according to your needs. Once the star is ready, you can print it. Cut it out with scissors and glue it to the cardboard. Cut out the cardboard and now you have a star template ready to use.

First you need to gather materials: fabric of your choice, scissors, large star template, stuffing, sewing machine/sewing tools if you want to sew by hand.
You can print a large star template on paper. Pay attention to the size of the star depending on how big you want the pillow to be. Now place the template on the fabric of your choice. Cut the fabric according to the template. You can do many of these at once.
Now take two pieces of star shaped fabric and sew them together with right side. Leave a two inch gap to turn the fabric inside out and insert the stuffing. Now you can turn the fabric inside out, insert the stuffing until it looks snug, then hand stitch to close the gap. Now you have a star shaped pillow. You can leave the pillow as it is or add some decoration to spice it up.
You can make your own cookie cutter using simple materials that you can find at home, such as aluminum foil. To make a cookie cutter, you need to fold a long strip of sturdy aluminum foil. You can then create the shape you want by bending in the directions that create the shape. To make the star cookie cutters, you may need to print out the star template as a guide. After shaping the shape, you can super-glue it to hold its shape. Allow to dry before use.

When I was in the process of looking for heart templates, I came across some really cool star templates, so I went ahead and followed those websites as well.

The Activity Village website offers cute heart templates and star templates. Under the Heart Templates link, there are four different heart template sheets in PDF format.
I especially love symmetrical heart shapes. I think I will use them to make stacked notes at home.
