I have to say, for someone who really hates cardio, this is FUN!! I’m really looking forward to what month 2 will bring. This is where the “magic” happens and you really see your body transform.

I made this program with modifier and it was still difficult. I passed most of the training without difficulty. But that doesn’t mean it’s easy! It was hard! I tried to push myself for the next break: “If I can do 2 more minutes, I can take that break and do anything.” I talk a lot to myself in practice, I talk a lot to Shaun T too, I usually yell at him. And even though I hated him for those 30 minutes, he’s really great. It’s super motivating, it actually pushes me harder in my living room, it takes longer, and I feel like it’s encouraging me.

In the third week, the schedule changes slightly and Tabata Power is added instead of Tabata Power. It might be my favourite. No water breaks, just 10 seconds of “off” between every 20 seconds of movement. I feel like I did my best workout with Tabata Strength.

I enjoyed seeing my progress from week to week. I am so competitive that I enjoyed trying to beat my last time. After going through a non-maximum workout, the challenge was to push harder next time. What got me to the max each time was Friday’s round 1 challenge. I felt like a BADA when I finished everything!

Worse, I’ve lost 6 pounds and 5 inches! BOOM! You can get results with the modifier, you train 5 days a week. I didn’t do anything extra, ate clean and stuck to my exercise, clean eating and shakeology! No pills, no wraps… hard work, dedication and proper nutrition = results!
