Insanity Month 1 Schedule – I can’t believe it – I’m half way through the insanity workout. I’m pretty crazy, I feel like I’m just starting out and to be honest, even after Sean T is done with me, I’m sweating on the floor most of the time, but I’ve made it half way.
I was able to escape to the lovely Gold Coast for a week with my husband, but that didn’t mean I gave up on my crazy workouts. I’m a stubborn person and I’m determined not to let my celebration ruin all my successes and my promises to myself and Sean T! And to be honest, I was a little surprised that I was able to follow the routine for all 12 days, including several day trips!

However, I am very happy with the results achieved after 1 month. My body felt much lighter and better. Your fitness level is better than ever. Especially the shoulders and forearms look slimmer and more toned! Also, her legs and belly have visibly slimmed down, and her face is starting to look more defined!
The recovery week was good for my body to rest, and I didn’t actually stop training or overdo it. It’s still a high-intensity workout, but it’s shorter than a regular workout video, the movements are much slower, and it’s still me. By sweating it out, it helps give you a great break from month 1 and a break for things to come. There are many exercises that are best for your goals. It’s about whether you want to tone your abs or just build good form. There is a workout plan called the Insanity Workout. The Insanity training schedule is jam-packed with one week off and two months. The training consists mostly of cardio and forms the name of the training plan itself. Due to the intensity and type of training, following a schedule is not recommended for most amateurs.
As far as the body is concerned, there are other effects you will feel or see when you complete a crazy workout schedule properly. First, you should log your weight before and after following your workout schedule. If you look in the mirror and constantly weigh yourself, you will notice the difference. You’ll also be better able to calculate and manage your food intake than you were before exercise, because you’ll have more room to fit your daily nutrient intake into your schedule. Insanity workout programs are known to always work as long as you have a strong determination to stick to the rules it lays down.
Many people have rated the Insanity Movement as a success. But wouldn’t following an insane workout schedule have any side effects for the person doing it? As the name suggests, it’s an insane workout routine that needs to be built into your schedule. A side effect of crazy training can be damaging the muscles themselves. This is because some people who are trying to stick to a schedule don’t see this posture or fitness as a precaution and are unaware whether a workout plan is right for them. Additionally, the training schedule states that it does not significantly affect strength gains or body composition. To prevent these side effects, it is recommended to consult your doctor in advance. People with a history of injuries, people with health issues related to orthopedics or joint problems, and beginners should also avoid these exercises as they believe they can help you build your body faster.

Because the main goal of this program is to help people improve their physique in a short period of time, it is very intense and challenging.
Training programs are provided in the form of a calendar (or schedule), which is very convenient. People find it easier to stick to a program when they are reminded daily what type of exercise they should be doing on a given day.
The Insanity workout schedule details workouts once a day, 6 days a week (and one day off) for 2 months. After the first four weeks of training, a recovery week is provided where trainees must perform aerobic and balance exercises.
The program begins with a fitness test in which participants measure their weight and physical ability by performing specific exercises. This may include:

A full list of workouts can be found in the calendar. Each of them is designed for 1 minute and rest for 30 seconds. The fitness test should be performed on training days 1, 15, 36, 53, and 63. The calendar provides training participants with a chart to show their progress.
On the day following the fitness test, participants must continue to follow the schedule and all required training accordingly. These exercises include:
The program is tough, but it will take some time for trainees to see results. Agility, endurance, and muscle tone will improve with each workout, but results will vary for each individual. The experience of those who have completed the program shows that if trainees stick to the program, they will see first results after the first two weeks. Others have claimed to see results after a month of training.
To achieve better results, some trainers find it effective to use crazy diet schedules. Insanity Meal Plans provide individuals with nutritional recommendations and a balanced diet to fuel up before exercise while creating an adequate calorie deficit to aid in weight loss.

For anyone who really hates cardio, I have to say it was a lot of fun! I can’t wait to see what comes out in February. That’s where the “magic” happens and you can actually see your body change.
I did this program after the modifier and it was still a challenge. I was able to complete most of my workouts quickly and without exerting a lot of effort. But that doesn’t mean it was easy! It was a challenge! I tried to push myself until the next break. “If I could use just two more minutes, I could take this break and take care of everything.” I talk to myself a lot in training and I talk to Sean T. a lot and I yell at him most of the time. And even though I hated him for those 30 minutes, he was amazing. He’s very motivating. I feel like he’s in my living room telling me to cheer harder and longer.

In Week 3, the schedule is changed slightly to add Tabata Strength instead of Tabata Power. This might be my favorite. The water doesn’t cut off and is only “off” 10 seconds between each 20 second move. I think I had the best workout ever with Tabata Strength.
I loved seeing my improvement each week. I’m so competitive that I enjoyed winning last time. When you did a non-maximal workout, the challenge was to push harder.
