For this, I offer beautiful hand-drawn artistic portraits of horses, ponies, donkeys, mules, zebras or other members of the Equidae family!
Most of my work is black and white (graphite) and mostly consists of drawings of horses, but I’m happy to draw the whole horse if you want. Also the horse can stand, track or gallop, I don’t think so.

The flash horse portrait was commissioned by a client in Australia and was great to work on again. Joe and his daughter asked me to do a large 30 x 20 inch pencil drawing of their beloved horse, Flash. Unfortunately, Flash died suddenly and it was a huge shock to the whole family. So Joe asked me to draw him in pencil and I wanted to draw him. Joe emailed the photo below when he received it. It melts my heart to read wonderful emails like Joe’s and I’m glad I was able to create a line for Flash and his family to remember Flash by.

Duke’s horse portrait was commissioned by Lizzie and her brother for her mother in her 70s. Lizzie knew it was too late to arrange the portrait and ordered one of the gift vouchers to give to her mother for her birthday. Lizzie knew her mother Jane could send or photograph Duker, especially for pencil drawings, so she let him invent whatever he wanted. What did Jane do! The portrait came out beautifully and you can read about Jane and her family in the email below. The portrait is a 20 x 16 inch drawing, hand drawn on traditional Italian paper.
