Rachel’s Clubhouse (the “Company”) is filling a vacancy at a day care facility in Sunset, Indiana. The lack of quality day care has long been attributed to the lack of competent institutions. However, the position remains vacant and is ideal for the Company. This business planning has been going on for more than four years by management. The total cost of putting the company into operation is $700,000, which includes the purchase of the building/property, repairs, equipment and working capital. The company intends to bear all the costs of the project through this proposal.

Currently, there is only one commercial nursery in Sunset, Indiana. There are other after-school programs and similar programs, but only one offers day care for infants and toddlers. More than four years ago, another for-profit daycare, West Aurora Daycare, closed due to potential abuse. During the post-closing period, we attempted to find a location that would meet Bethov County’s social services licensing requirements. The building itself has always been a problem after many attempts to dump it. To obtain a license, the building must have 34 square feet, 37 square feet per child. . To our surprise, there aren’t many quality buildings for sale or rent in Sunset, Indiana.

At Rachel’s Clubhouse, our goal is to encourage creativity, individuality, and independence. We have created an environment full of love, patience and kindness. Club employees are qualified in early childhood education. every teacher plays an important role. We always remember that children learn by example and often mirror adults. We set our standards high and expect our employees to lead by example. We have a curriculum for two age groups. a child under two years old and three young people under five years old. Our infant/toddler class encourages children to explore and discover their world every day. This will be different

Through sensory activity and language development (children learn by “doing”). The teacher sets weekly goals for the parents according to the learning environment. Parents can always participate in classroom activities and share ideas with teachers who are always happy to discuss or answer questions. A discovery class for three- to five-year-olds suggests just this title. This lesson will be taught through weekly Discovery Centers. Learning centers vary in science, language, math, home economics, daily life skills and social development. For curious parents, we will have two live web cams connected to the internet. Every 15 seconds a picture of the playground is uploaded to our site. This allows parents or other relatives to check what the child is doing at any time of the day. In addition to the teacher’s instructions, the child will have the opportunity to learn at his own pace, to learn the skills that suit him, and to develop his own practical learning style. .Teachers provide parents with a weekly goal sheet to encourage them to participate in the weekly lesson and reinforce daily learning practices at home. Children are given the opportunity to work with computers, musical instruments, gross motor equipment, manipulators (i.e. blocks), arts and crafts on a daily basis.

The company plans to open a daycare by 2006. In the fall: In our third year of operation, we will expand childcare and triple capacity. Estimated revenue is based on five babies and forty children per day. We will be the only facility open seven days a week. Based on these fill rates, our first year revenues will be $415,000 and our pre-tax profit will be $166,000. These numbers give a 10% return on investment (ROI) within the first year. There is ample room for future expansion depending on demand.

Currently, we have bought a suitable building. The asking price is $39,9000, which includes 3,000 square feet of commercial space (C.F.S.). A day care facility costs between $100,000 and $130,000 and the equity investor does not require the use of CFS that can be sold or used elsewhere. The building will require repairs to the parking lot, landscaping and interior. Most interior modifications made must be ADA compliant. This property is located at 2 Sandy Hollow, Indiana (the old Weaver Cotton building). MARKETING AND SALES Our target market is families with young children in Sunset, Indiana. According to a recent demographic analysis of the Sunset Zone, 6.4 percent (458) of the population are between the ages of 0 and 5. We target these families through print ads and mass mailings. In addition, we have a protected and exclusive arrangement with Highland Brown Insurance (2,000 employees). All of their promotional literature touts Rachel’s Clubhouse as a facility for any nursery. Alerts are provided to alert parents of any issues with their child. An announcement about the opening of the kindergarten will be published in the local newspaper. In addition to classifieds, we have a newspaper link for the Business Brief article, the best free ad available in Sunset. We plan to publish the article before the opening to facilitate pre-registration. Shortly after the newspaper article is published, we plan to send out a mass mailing to every box owner and household in Sunset and Crystal Lake. With 7,000 boxes and delivery to 250 homes, and at 11.2 cents per box, it’s a very affordable and effective way to advertise. Today we have enough word of mouth inquiries to pre-register before we open our doors for business. Obviously, there is a lot of demand for a facility like ours.

The competition consists of Tiny Winnie Tots, Lucky Kids Club, Sunrise Baptist Church Nursery and Home Care. Tiny Weeny Tots is Sunset’s only full-time commercial daycare. They accept children from Monday to Friday from 7:30 am. to 6 p.m. They will be our direct competitors. But they are direct competition in the sense that they provide similar services. they always have a waiting list for children who need day care. Quality of service has always been an issue at Teeney Weene y Tots; poor training, poor vision and limited space are some of their disadvantages. The remaining licensed competition is divided into two categories: part-time commercial and home day care. Part-time day care facilities operate on limited days of the week or
