In April, Syracuse announced that their Friday, September 9 home game against the Louisville Cardinals would be an official Orange Out. In the past, such as this would allow the fans to decide which orange jersey to wear to the game. This year, the Syracuse Orange held a contest and asked fans to submit designs for official Orange jerseys. We pitched a few ideas, but decided not to go with any of them…

SU has released six official dress finalists, and now it’s up to you to vote for the dress you’d like to see. Before we all agree, let’s take a look at each opportunity to see if it has the goods to represent us.
Game Day Football Shirt
Someone who knows a thing or two about social media marketing, including not just a hashtag, but an official football handle. SUA Suits must be happy about that. There’s nothing wrong with a cute auto in and of itself, but I wonder if we want it to be “Hey Louisville, we’re just here to hang out, let’s get some ice cream.” Kids will love this shirt. A 40-year-old working in the salt mines* does not.
Probably the most “professional” design of the set. A lot is going on here. The Carrier Dome is now a Carrier Silo as it should contain the Orange Out (now with Lightning Bolts). Calling it the 2016-2017 football season is very entertaining, unless Michael thinks we’re somehow going to make the Outback Bowl.
This is probably the best choice, because who would have thought that you can get this quote right there? Kudos to Josh for making this happen because it tells a great story and helps create not only Orange Out, but the unique Dino Babers intro shirt. Such a front speaks for itself. You can even lose Otto there and go to block S.
If you like Josh’s first design but want simplicity, this is your choice. Good job on making auto “front and back”. In that case, I’d keep Otto around because otherwise you’re just stuck with Block S and 44.
High School Sports T Shirt Design Ideas
It certainly checks all the boxes. You can look at it anytime and see what game it is, what we’re doing, what the date is, and whether your last name is Orange Nation. He can’t help but feel like he needs a little more. A little wow factor. A little pop. Some pizza. I mean, this shirt needs Riley Dixon’s face somewhere.
The front end certainly has a great, professional look. This looks like a great logo for our Little Caesars Bowl victory t-shirt, and I’d be okay with it. However, I do not know if the back lives on the front. If you’re going to give me blue on the front, you’ve got to give me blue on the back. wait, what?
There can only be one in the end and if you’re asking for my vote… I’m going with Josh L v1. My request to leave Otto out of the numbers is valid, but in terms of what is a unique t-shirt that stands out from the other t-shirts in your closet and conveys a simple, solid and powerful message, I think it is Nice. All right buttons.
