2. Prepare the following materials: from green, yellow and other colors (for example we choose white) crepe paper, scissors, glue stick, hot glue gun, flower wire stems, wire cutter and green flower tape.

3. Cut the green crepe papers into three parts. Each is 2 inches by 1 inch. Fold into a rectangle and roll tightly. Roll the crepe paper twice. As a result, a carp is born.
5. Cut 2 sheets of white crepe paper 6 inches long and 12 inches wide. Repeat the same thing on the yellow crepe paper, but make a piece out of it.
6. Attach the previous yellow crepe papers in the middle of the two white and yellow crepe papers. Hot glue until they stick together.
7. Make a fringe around the three carp, leaving about 1/4 inch for the uncut part at the bottom.

9. Roll the fringe tightly so that the edges are rough. Spread the pieces to create artificial stamens.
10. Cut out 8-10 small petals and 15-20 large petals from the included paper flower templates.
11. Stretch the center of each petal to form the petals, then pinch the top of the edge and snap forward.
12. Attach the petals around the stamen to the center. Start with a smaller size on the inside to a larger size on the outside.
