Disney Cruise 2020 Schedule – Disney Cruise Line today announced its highly anticipated summer 2020 sailings. As expected, the Disney Wonder will return to Alaska this summer. Unlike previous years, Wonder will sail only 7-night Alaskan cruises in 2020. The Disney Magic will spend the summer sailing in Europe and the Mediterranean. Most notably, the Disney Magic will return to the Greek Islands on 9- and 12-night sailings from Civitavecchia.
Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy will stay at Port Canaveral. The Disney Dream will sail 3- and 4-night Bahamian cruises on Fridays and Mondays. Disney Fantasy will remain primarily Caribbean cruises with some new 5-night cruises and a 9-night Southern Caribbean cruise. Plus 3, 4 and 5-speed Bahaiman cruises. Yes, Fantasy will sail many Bahamas cruises.
Disney Cruise 2020 Schedule
Today’s announcement extends available sailing dates through the end of 2020, allowing guests to plan vacations more than a year out, as well as take advantage of opening day pricing on some new itineraries.
Early 2022 Disney Cruise Line® Itineraries Announced
Although the dates were announced today, general bookings do not open until Thursday, March 7. However, there will be an outstanding booking period starting on Monday 4th March.
If you’re an existing Castaway Club member, just log into your account now to verify your Castaway Club status, so you’re ready to book on your scheduled date.
Golden Oak Club members should contact Golden Oak Club Member Services, Disney Vacation Club members wishing to book with points should call Member Services at (800) 800-9800. To make a cash-only reservation, call Disney Cruise Line at (866) 325-6348. Finally, call Adventures by Disney Insiders at (800) 388-4513 or contact your travel agent.
As with the last cruise, Castaway Club members can book online starting Monday! The only caveat is that this is only for new bookings as the site is not set up to transfer a booking to a new sailing date. This type of booking still requires a phone. To reiterate the following, DO NOT attempt to call for a book today; this will only cover the phone lines and disappear with reservation members. People may try to book a free travel vacation today.

The Disney Magic will end her time in Miami and begin her 2020 East Transatlantic Cruise on May 11, 2020. Once in Europe, the Disney Magic will sail some familiar cruises with a few surprises. The biggest change for summer 2020 is that the Disney Magic will return to the Greek Islands. There are also 6 new ports of call spread over 13 new cruises that Disney will offer for 2020. In total, there are 16 sailing dates and none of the voyages are repeated. So you can sail on the Magic all summer long and have a unique trip every time!

The Disney Wonder will return to Vancouver from her Hawaii adventure on May 18 and begin her summer cruises to Alaska. The Disney Wonder will offer guests the standard 7-night cruise along with an alternate 7-night cruise that includes Icy Strait instead of Skagway Point. Wonder’s 2020 summer season does not include an extended 9-night cruise to Hubbard Glacier. Additionally, it was announced that the August 24 Alaska cruise will be a Disney Vacation Club member cruise. The Disney Dream will continue sailing 3- and 4-night Bahamian cruises from Port Canaveral throughout summer 2020. In addition to the standard offerings, the Disney Dream will offer four 5-night cruises with two stops at Castaway Cay. In fact, there are also several 4-night double tours.
Disney Cruise Line Announces Fall 2021 Itineraries And Booking Dates
There is a 3-week Disney Dream cruise from August 24th to September 14th, 2020 that I suspect is the Disney Dream 2020 dry dock. The Disney Dream had its first dry dock in 2015 so the timing is right for its second in 2020.
Disney Fantasy is shaking things up in Summer 2020 by adding a selection of 3, 4 and 5-night Bahamian cruises in addition to regular 7-night western and eastern Caribbean itineraries. Additionally, Fantasy will return to the Caribbean with a new 9-night cruise.

Along with the extended European season on the Disney Magic, adventures will continue across the fleet with ships in Alaska, the Caribbean and the Bahamas. European Explorations After a five-year hiatus, the Disney Magic will return to Greece in the summer of 2020 as part of three exclusive Mediterranean voyages departing from Rome. During a 12-night and two nine-night cruises, guests can marvel at the beautiful landscapes and archaeological wonders of places such as Piraeus, the gateway to Athens; Katakolon, near ancient Olympia; and the islands of Santorini, Mykonos and Crete. Each of these unique Mediterranean itineraries includes a selection of stops in Greece with visits to other important cities in the region. Two of the ships include a new port in Messina, Italy, where guests can visit Sicilian sites such as Etna, Europe’s highest and most active volcano, or Piazza del Duomo, the city’s historic center.
