Free Printable Weekly Planner Template Pdf
Both of these weekly planners are free PDF files that you can download and print very quickly. They are useful if you don’t care about displaying dates or if you don’t like entering dates manually.
This weekly planning worksheet allows you to print a weekly planning page for any week or year. You can enter birthdays, anniversaries and other annual events. When you change the week, up to 3 holidays or events will be displayed under each day of the week (see screenshot for example).
QUICK FIX OF AN OLD BUG: If you are using an older customized version of this weekly planner template and you notice the January 2013 mini-calendar display issue, you can fix it by updating the formulas in the following two cells in the sheet function instances (after the row is found): B3 = year(date), B4=Month(Date)
It’s cheaper to print your own weekly planner if you have to pay for your own paper and ink. This is something you need to know, and it depends on the fancy of the planner you intend to buy (Bind Binding and Spiral Bound Softcover for example).

If you’re a student and use 3-ring binders to keep homework and other things, you can print a semester’s worth of weekly planner pages and put them in your binder. This is only about 8 pieces of paper if you print front and back.
One of the best things about this weekly planner template is that you can record the months and days of your family and friends’ birthdays, and when you change the date to print a new week, up to 3 holidays or events per day are automatically listed. I wouldn’t call this table a “weekly planner,” but this type of format is very common for weekly planning and scheduling.
