Sola flower is made from a marsh plant that grows in Asia. the best comparison is balsa wood. This is NOT hardwood. they are incredibly lightweight, malleable when wet (but can also break when wet) and beautiful. Each flower is made by a craftsman, so each is a unique work of art. Thus, each flower will have a slightly different appearance; some may have bark spots (at minimum except for bark flowers) and some may have a distinct pattern.

If the flower tips have just been cut, I recommend cutting carefully with scissors to smooth out the break, and a small dab of paint of the same color (mixed with water) will quickly cover it. My goal is always to deliver flowers to you in perfect condition, but because of their fragile nature, sometimes there is a loss of life. 🙂 I’m always happy to help with problems and appreciate the opportunity to do so.

I want you to be happy with your product and I’m excited to show you what you got. After 3 changes, proof and change will pay $5+. This policy will help me keep things under control. obviously if anything goes wrong with your order while I’m working on it, I’ll fix it for you.

I use double wall boxes for most floral arrangement orders, especially those that take long trips. I would -always- recommend using priority shipping to get your items shipped as quickly as possible with as little human contact as possible. Each box is packed with care. to keep things from moving, I have to pack things a bit tightly, which can flatten them out a bit. Baby’s breath should be tempered once your order arrives, and in some cases I’ve included extra just in case. To give your bouquets the space they need to stretch and avoid flat spots, please remove them from the entire package as soon as possible and store them in a vase or container until your event date.
