Let me start by saying – don’t underestimate the bakery department at your local Walmart! And this is coming from someone who has been to Walmart once in the last 6 years. For years we have ordered cakes from Publix Bakery and more expensive bakery cakes. Yesterday, we picked out a Walmart cake for my son’s 7th birthday. This is a 1/4 sheet marble cake with whipped frosting. First of all, the whipped cream is PHENOMENAL. We moved to Florida from Michigan 6 years ago and searched all kinds of bakeries from grocery store to high end for delicious whipped frosting.. and Walmart took the cake [ literally – 😉 ]. Second, the cake is moist and delicious! Definitely recommend 10/10 for any occasion!

I first realized how delicious Walmart cakes are a few years ago, when my daughter decided at the last minute that she didn’t like her usual ice cream cake, I went to Walmart and ordered one for next that day! They are super fresh, top of the line and all mouth watering! The icing is amazing, because most cakes have really good icing and no one usually eats it!

Even though Walmart was out of everything but one filling (Bavarian cream on demand) I agreed to go with strawberries and it was fun…in a good way! I’ve never experienced the strawberry chocolate cake and white whipped frosting filling, but there’s a first time for everything! This is a 6 inch cake that I ordered 100% online for a wedding cake. “Let the adventure!” I asked them to write on top and that was it. It was topped with my own homemade decor and a big sprinkle of sugar. At our mini covid wedding there was an ice cream cake for picture purposes. The cake is delicious! I couldn’t believe how moist and delicious the cake was. Whipped frosting is not only delicious and perfect. $13.00

They always do a great job on any cake I order. Their price is almost unbeatable for a full sheet that lasts two days! Their buttercream is to die for!

I’ve actually been buying Walmart cakes for years. I have four kids so every birthday it’s easy to order one or pick one up from Walmart.

We all love these cakes, they always taste good, they are delicious. Butter cream frosting is my favorite.

I had a chocolate one for birthday cakes that usually makes me nervous, b/c it’s so thick and salty and denser than a cupcake.

The cake I bought was fine, light, fluffy and moist, the icing wasn’t thick and the sugar wasn’t too much.

My family and I come for different delicious cakes for different festivals and celebrations and we love it. Free name decoration especially on birthday cakes. Great variety and cheap prices.
