Bermuda On A World Map – The Bermuda Triangle, also called the Devil’s Triangle, is an area located in the western part of the North Atlantic Ocean. This is a loosely defined area where approximately 20 aircraft and 50 ships disappeared under uncertain circumstances.
While the borders of the region do not universally meet, the region has a roughly triangular shape, with Bermuda, Puerto Rico and Miami, Florida at its vertices. The Bermuda Triangle region also happens to be one of the busiest sailing routes in the world.

American author Vincent Gaddis first introduced the name “The Deadly Bermuda Triangle” in 1964 when he wrote an article about this mysterious area in an American magazine.
. In this book the author discusses various theories about the removal of planes and ships in this field under the circumstances developed. The author also claims that the area is the remains of the legendary city of Atlantis.
Although there are many theories, most official sources do not recognize the Bermuda Triangle as a dark place. But there are still few proven explanations for the mysterious disappearance of ships and planes in this area.
Some sources attributed most of the departures to the region’s unique environmental characteristics. The Bermuda Triangle region is believed to be one of the few places on Earth where the points of the magnetic circle point to true global north. This magnetic anomaly is believed to be largely responsible for navigation errors and subsequent disasters in this region. Another popular theory regards the nature of the Bay River. This large surface current is very fast and turbulent and can quickly destroy any plot of disaster. In addition to this, unpredictable severe weather in the Caribbean and Atlantic region is also likely to cause more accidents in the Bermuda Triangle.

Scientists have also attributed ships and planes in this field to pockets of methane hydrates, which exist in large quantities in the ocean floor. Experiments have shown that the ignition of methane bubbles caused by lightning or electrical sparks can lead to the sinking of ships. However, this theory is not fully valid or, according to the US Geological Survey, there has been no major release of gas hydrates in the Bermuda Triangle for more than 15,000 years. The total area is 53.3 square meters. km, the British Overseas Territory of Bermuda (usually a single territory) actually consists of 181 islands, the largest of which is the largest island. The land in these depressions is very fertile and is where most of Bermuda’s agricultural production takes place. The limestone is covered in red soil and is high in iron and low in magnesium. Although Bermuda has no rivers or streams, the area is very lush and green due to the consistently high rainfall. Bermuda is one of the northernmost places where coral is found. The cliffs that protect the limestone coast from erosion are protected by law. Reefs are very healthy and are biological hotspots that support a diverse marine ecosystem. Bermuda’s important beaches are also marked on the map.

Author Vincent Gaddis coined the term “Bermuda Triangle” in the 1960s in an article he wrote for the famous pulp magazine Argosy. He earned a less than favorable reputation as someone who promoted “crackpot claims” and ignored normal procedures. A little later other authors began to be printed, the most famous region. The abduction of supernatural beings by alien abductors has taken place in the lost city of Atlantis.
He talks about unknown things in the triangle going back to the time of discovery. Christopher Columbus was sailing through the triangle to Guanahan (now called San Salvador Island in the Bahamas) when he described seeing a light in the shape of a candle flame disappearing into the sea. At the same time his circuit went wrong.
At the beginning of the 17th century, a very famous ship went down to the shores of Bermuda. The Shakespeare’s The Tempest was apparently the inspiration for Shakespeare. In the 19th century, the number of ships in this area increased. The innovation has continued to this day.
The Carroll A. Deering was a schooner carrying coal from Puerto Rico to Rio de Janeiro in 1920. It successfully reached Rio de Janeiro and then turned around. On the 29th of January, a lighthouse keeper named Captain Jacobson saw a crowd of Deering “grinding” in a strange way in the passing light. Soon, he somehow got stuck in the Diamond Shoals off North Carolina.

It was discovered three days later, on the 31st day of February. There was no one in the ships, but the sails were lowered. The ship’s logs, some equipment, personal belongings and two lifeboats were missing, suggesting a controlled evacuation of the ship. Some of the lumber from Deering was brought near the shore.
A US government study found several possibilities. It seems that the mob first disobeyed their leader, W.B. Wormell, so that the rebellion took place. Second, because a tornado was passing through the area at the time. But Deering sailed away from the storm.
Third, American ships at that time were hijacked by pirates or smugglers (especially Russians). They brought them back to the Soviet Union or used to run them during the rum ban.
Of course, the popular theory (not accepted by the government) is the malevolent influence of the Bermuda Triangle. Although the triangle is more than 200 kilometers from the wreck, many still believe that it sailed through that cursed area and took the souls of its sailors.

Airplanes also disappeared from that area. First flight 19 on 5 December 1945. Five TBF Avenger torpedo bombers with 14 pilots were on a training mission. Most of the men were trainees hoping to complete graduate training. They were to fly 120 miles (197 km) east of Lauderdale, 117 miles (117 km) north, and then return 120 miles (193 km) west, during which time they learned how to launch bombs or torpedoes. The business had to last at least three hours. This exercise soon turned into a frantic scramble to find land and safety.
