(9) Parking lot. Some properties will include access to the tenant’s parking space if your application is successful. If so, find the “Yes” checkbox and select it. Also, use the space provided to determine where the parking space associated with the property can be found and accessed. (10) Type/Length. The tenancy to be offered as a result of a successful application must be defined by type (ie fixed term or month to month). If the space is to be leased for a certain period of time, document the number of years and/or months that determine its useful life.
(11) Commencement Date. Document the expected start date of the lease that is presented. This will be the first calendar date on which the prospective tenant is expected to occupy and pay rent for the property in question.
(12) Full name. The full name of the applicant (possible lessee) must be included in this documentation.

(18) Other users. Please provide the full names of all persons who would be living in the property in question with the potential tenant if this application were for rental.
(19) Domestic animals. If the prospective tenant intends to have pets in the property, please select the “Yes” box and use the space provided to adequately describe each pet. For example, if the pet is a cat, document the breed, weight, age, and height of the animal. Otherwise, only the “No” box should be selected.
(20) Vehicles. Check the “Yes” box if the applicant will have a vehicle while renting the property. If so, please use the space provided to describe each vehicle (ie, make, model, year, and color). If the future tenant will not have a vehicle during their stay on the premises, check the box marked “No”.

(21) Conviction. If the applicant has been convicted of a crime in the past, select the “Yes” box and provide the reasons for the conviction, but if the applicant has not been convicted of a crime, the “No” box should be checked.
(22) Bankruptcy. You must select the “Yes” or “No” box to indicate whether the applicant has filed for bankruptcy in the past. If so, the ‘Yes’ box should be ticked and the particulars (relating to the applicant’s bankruptcy) should be handed in at the designated place.
(23) Eviction. The “Yes” field must be selected if the applicant has been evicted. Otherwise, “No” should be selected. An explanation of each eviction must be provided in the applicant’s file in the available area.
(24) Company. Of course, the owner or landlord will want to make sure that the applicant will be able to pay the expected rent for the property. In many cases, the applicant will use income from work to meet this obligation. (26) Period of employment. The length of time the applicant has been employed in their current position should be stated in years, months and/or weeks.
(27) Gross income. The applicant’s official gross income from the previous year must be waived (ie, pre-tax income is used).
(28) Address of employer. The mailing address at which the applicant’s employer can be contacted should be included in this discussion.
(29) Supervisor. The full name of the applicant’s supervisor (at their place of work) must be provided.

(30) Company. In general, a candidate’s work history can demonstrate their ability to hold a lease. The name of the company or company where you worked before the current place of work must be presented. This previous employer must be identified by full name.
