My daughter Lea just turned 5! For her birthday, we organized a magical unicorn party at home with the family. She loves unicorns and her room is full of unicorns, clothes and pictures. So of course she was so excited to throw a unicorn party!

I didn’t want setup to take too long or cost too much money. I made it quick and easy for myself and only got two ornaments and bought the rest on Amazon. It took around 2 hours and cost less than $ 100 to assemble this magical unicorn theme.
Diy Art Color Birthday Party
I made a very easy DIY rainbow wallpaper for the walls (see my tutorial below) by gluing different colored studs together. To add some sparkle and dimension, I painted the top of the curtains in metallic bronze. Then I made “clouds” of self-made white tissue pompoms to cover the mountain of bright stars and hung garlands of stars that I had bought from them. To complete the look, I put a pastel “Happy Birthday” sign in the middle. If I had more time I would have made a DIY sign using the same template I used at my son’s Baby Shark Theme Party.
I covered the 4’x2 ‘folding table with a white tablecloth and colored tablecloth on the dessert table. I used an old platter (similarly connected) for her home birthday cake and added another table with colorful cakes to the table. Finally, I added a vase of flowers and Lea’s stuffed unicorns to the table.
I am amazed at how well everything turned out! What I love about this setup is that each decoration can be easily customized for any party occasion. For a baby shower, curtains can be of different shades of blue or pink. Tissue paper pompoms can be used as flowers for a wedding shower. The tinsel curtain comes in a variety of colors and will add a lot of pop to any bachelor party or New Years Eve party. You can also easily find various banners and garlands with your theme.
