To make sure the actual size of the ruler is correct, do this. When printing rulers, make sure you print at 100%. Then cut out a ruler to print and use the inch side to measure the long side of the printer paper. The long side of printer paper is 11 inches. If the ruler is shorter than this, the printer will reduce the image. Go back and see if you can print at 100%.

I often get asked what paper I recommend. If you use regular copy paper, this 5-line paper will work. As for cardstock, I really like this cardstock paper on Amazon. It’s a lot cheaper than what you’ll find in stores and is a good thickness for most projects and not so thick that it gets stuck in your printer.
