Each silver bell is approximately 1/2″ hand tied on a 1/8″ thick satin ribbon labeled “Faith” with snowflake cutouts. Perfect for holiday parties, Christmas party favors, Christmas class or holiday gifts for school, teacher gifts, polar express party favors or as a decoration for your Christmas tree.

My favorite Christmas movie is Arctic Express! I remember when this book was made into a movie and even though I was a kid, I was so excited and couldn’t wait to see it! I felt like a kid again at Christmas and I remember thinking “I can’t wait to watch this movie with my kids”.
Well, that time has come and I love this movie too. I love the message of faith and a magical Christmas because my parents made Santa special and Christmas magical every year. For Polar Express Movie Day special, we stay in our pajamas, curl up on the couch, drink hot cocoa, eat something delicious, and watch The Polar Express.

Both of my kids love trains so I thought a train set would be perfect for our quick polar day. They also love bells and I thought I would combine the love of trains and bells to create our craft today. This craft is suitable for children of all ages.
I saved the cardboard box from my son’s school fundraiser because it was the perfect size for this project, I just cut off the top of the box and put parchment paper (I ran out of foil yesterday) on the bottom of the box to assemble it. painting
To cut a train, you can print one or draw one or draw one. I used my Cricut Explore Air cordless cutter

Cut out the shape of the train and make it on the white card. For Jing Bells, I bought a bag from the dollar store and now we have Crayola Wash Size 10ct Crayola Washable Kids Paint.
Then I let my crab choose the colors they wanted for their train and put some paint on top of the train in the box. Then we added some jingle bells. Crayola wash color, size 10 carat, washable for children
It gets thick so I suggest you dilute it a bit before adding to the train as sometimes the bells get stuck.
We sang Christmas carols as they jingled jingle bells to create the train. Here’s an action shot of one of the mannequins shaking the box, rolling around while painting jingle bells.

Here’s the completed Jingle Bell Polar Express trains. The munchkins loved it and can’t wait to paint with jingle bells again. Today we will build a complete train. This craft would be fun for a Polar Express party!
