Many of our items include printables, digital files (see listing for details), and physical items or will not be shipped. However, I will provide the printout upon request. Inquiries must be agreed with me, quote provided and print upgrade purchased prior to print processing.

Printed items are shipped via USPS. The media used will vary depending on the size and quantity of the item(s) and will vary at my discretion. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee arrival times for holidays and specific party dates, but I can guarantee a ship date from my side. No refunds will be given for package delays caused by the postal service. Please note that some international packages may incur additional user fees for which the seller is not responsible.

I accept direct payment and PayPal. Orders cannot be fulfilled until payment has cleared, so choose credit or debit for fastest service. If the funds do not clear, the order will be cancelled.

As customizing all items requires my time, I cannot offer proofs prior to making a purchase. Once your order is placed, I will be happy to provide a proof and edit a round. After this free edition, you can purchase a list of additional editions for $10.

Current processing time for customized items is 1-5 business days after receipt of payment and customization details. Custom design work usually takes 5-10 business days, depending on the complexity of your order. Due to the custom nature of my artwork, this is subject to change depending on the volume of orders I receive. I will prove it in order.

Double-check the personalization information you submit. It will be transferred to your custom item. I’m happy to do an extra round of revisions for you, but I can’t be held responsible for any mistakes missed after your file has been submitted.

Designs do not vary from order to order, only customization of details and colors. Plan changes will result in additional charges. Please contact me before you buy for a custom listing. I do not send templates, artwork, or commercial fonts – only the finished, custom product.

I get a lot of requests for custom designs. If you don’t see anything in my store that can be easily modified and needs customization, start from scratch, please contact me with your idea and we can work together to create something special for you. Please note that due to the timeless nature of custom designs, my processing time is slightly longer than other items. It usually takes me about 5 days to deliver the first proof. Please let me know if you are in a rush for time and I will do my best to accommodate.

Personalised Card & Invite Designs

I do light photo editing (to adjust color or brightness) but am not responsible for color issues, blurring, etc. due to low photo quality.

Digital orders are emailed as a high-resolution digital JPG or PDF file, depending on your purchase. Details of file size and types are provided in each listing. No physical items will be sent for print files. All images showing items assembled as listed in listings are for illustrative purposes only.

All invitations are 5×7″ and high resolution at 300 dpi. The 5×7 size is the de facto standard among many vendors and is a good option for customers using materials from home printers, photo labs, and office supply stores. Other printing materials are available as noted in list. Party items come to you as an 8.5×11″ PDF for easy printing, with multiple items per page depending on item size (eg 3 food labels per page). Printable wall art will arrive to you as an 8×10 unless otherwise requested or noted in the listing.

Please note that all screens and devices reproduce colors differently. Prettiest Print Shop is not responsible for printer or computer problems, software problems, server outages or blocking of employers, file transfer services, etc. I am not responsible for what happens after I give you the files. There will be no refunds.
