I’m a big fan of adding party favors to every party I host, whether it’s basketball team, bridal shower favors, or just game night. A little something to help people remember how much fun they had!
As someone who recently had a baby and has hosted many baby showers over the past few years, I have come across some great baby shower supplies. These are still very dear to me because they steal someone.
These free printable shower tags can work for any type of shower – baby shower, bridal shower, bridal shower, or even a 1st birthday party!

I recently used it for a baby shower, so I’m calling it baby shower favor tags!
These are some of my favorite baby shower favors because they can work with any theme, item, and color! Even if you are doing something special like a baby shower, these are the moments where you can win baby shower games.
They will be perfect for a spring baby shower. Have a book-themed shower (here’s a great list of shower books!), and stick with a fun book type.
And best of all – depending on what you put on the baby shower signs, these can make a very affordable baby shower or a special baby shower. You can even play this baby shower music game and then make some kind of emoji inside!
Whimsical Shower Favor Tag Template
As I mentioned above, all you need to do for baby shower favors is print out the labels and attach them to some kind of sweet item (full list of ideas below to get you started).
I have a full set of over 20 colors that you can download below. Choose one color or a variety of colors to suit your theme.
I did both. And I used it as the prize winner in this shower song game. Or this candy is perfect for a baby shower game.
I always recommend printing on white card stock so they hold up well. Just like any of these printable baby shower games.
How To Throw A Baby Shower On A Budget
Once printed, use a 2 1/2″ circle punch (or just use scissors to cut around them) to punch out.
Wrap your candy in ribbon, masking tape, baking twine, or anything that makes sense for your party theme. You can put it on the top of the container if you are making jars or you can put it inside the bags if you have beautiful plastic that you don’t want to damage.
I’ve compiled a list below of things that might work well with the “fun” side of these tags. I’ve used it for everything from candy to homemade popcorn and edibles.
The cheapest option is definitely candy or dessert but if you want something longer, go for something different on the menu!
