Kermit tries to give a speech about the letter B, but Cookie Monster eats the bottom of the B and changes it to R. Kermit talks about R, but then Cookie Monster eats a snack and changes it to P. After completing the weather map, Cookie decided to make weather sounds. He poured the contents of a bucket of water to pray for rain, wind and a few blows from the wind. Kermit asks what the sun is making and the Cookie Monster eats the sun symbol.

Kermit, who is doing a “slow breaking human interest story,” asks the daycare monsters what they want to be when they grow up, and every time they tell him, he rewards them with cookies. A cookie monster pretending to be a child (“Cry cry cry, sniffle sniffle sniffle”) claims he wants to be an orthodontist. However, Kermit’s clever plan for Cookie instead rewarded him with a set of clock-related toy teeth.
