There are many ways to gift snowman soup. Some may include hot cocoa mix, mini candy canes, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows placed in a plastic zip-top bag with a stapled bag overlay over the bag. While others may use a styrofoam cup or gift mug, fill it with hot chocolate mix, candy canes, packets of chocolate kisses, then place it in a cellophane bag or gift bag with a gift tag and tie it with curly ribbon. . Instead of a snowman soup bag topper, the design will be wrapped around an individual package of Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa. These snowman soup labels look like custom cocoa wrappers. For best results, print on Pretty Party and Crafty Party printable paper with an inkjet printer.

On the back of the Snowman Soup label is an abbreviated version of the Snowman Soup poem, which reads:
The short poem includes instructions for making your own snowman soup to keep warm in cold weather. While some say to add hot water, the original snowman soup recipe calls for hot milk.
Installation is very easy. Simply cut the bundles to the right size and fold them in half. After folding, unfold it back and stick double-sided tape on the left, top and right sides of the top half.
