It’s here, and it’s ready for you to conquer. But just a heads up – this month’s calendar is unlike any other. It also includes the 2022 Glow Up Session! Basically, it’s a 14-day challenge where we’ll get in the best shape of our lives, both mentally and physically. Not a bad way to start the new year, right?

Sam and I are getting ready to come home from vacation and I feel so refreshed! It’s a bit strange to say that we don’t get to enjoy much time together since we work and live together, but most days we are business partners. It’s great to step back from work and relax!

I will also finish my 30:300 challenge soon! I felt a different kind of energy doing my workouts on vacation (maybe because of the view omg) but I finally feel connected to my body again.

May is here! I recently completed the 90 Day Journey to Muscle and tbh, I’m pretty sad! I love having a specific plan to stick to and of course YOU as my accountability partner. I learned a lot about myself during those 90 days. Now it’s time to think about what I want to do next! If you’re in a pinch like me, I’ve got something to keep us busy for a while 😉
