Consider your available time, skills and financial situation, and whether you can achieve your goals with reasonable effort. Don’t set goals that are too difficult or overwhelming. Example: I know I can lose 14 pounds because I’ve done it before. I’ve also trained 5 times a week before, so I know it’s doable.
If this sounds overwhelming, set yourself a goal of only losing 2kg. When you reach that goal, you set another goal.
Example: Since about 1 pound a week is realistic weight loss, my goal is realistic.
