Free To Do List Templates (daily, Weekly)
I ended up with 46 pages that have been a great help so far in organizing everything for Moving Day (which, thankfully, is still 6 weeks away!) As these pages are more of a “temporary use” instead of organizing them in a binder I decided instead of using an exhibition book.
– Binder dividers – Moving checklists, receipts, expenses, box inventory, current homes, new homes, contact information, relocation estimates
– Move to do checklist (1 page) and move checklist (1 page with 4 checklists that can be used for example for each room)
Then let me show you how I manage my moves! First I created a countdown checklist and changed the tasks to 8 weeks before moving in until the day of the move. I invested a lot of time making sure the list was very comprehensive so that you can have less stress later on!

There have been a lot of calls, so I have a follow-up sheet instead of a stack of sticky notes!
Unfortunately, moving also means updating our address properly, everything. I ended up with 5 pages of things I need to get to my address eg. insurance, subscription, medical services, schools, veterinarians, etc. I’ve also created a blank sheet because I won’t hesitate to think of some things I need to update my personal information.

Free To Do List Templates By Clickup
There are 2 label boxes for each room per sheet. I put the same information in both boxes of the labels and then print them, cut them in half and stick them on the top and one side of the box. Another option is to print on cardboard or paper and use packing tape to attach it. Alternatively, you can save duplicate labels and keep them in the mobile binder. Or you can use one label per box – so many options!
There is room to add your own colorful sticker, which also has the box and box number 🙂
The label is full page. If you are printing on 8.5 x 11 ″ label paper, be sure to select ‘fit to page’. You can purchase full-sheet label paper from several places, including World Label.
… and a page with 4 checklists where you can add your titles. I use it to pre-move to do for each room and person, eg. a kitchen to-do checklist, a to-do checklist for me etc.
Why Google Sheets Should Be Your To Do List (with Template)
Room color chart. I have been assigned a color for each room and will write down what the box number is as we pack. To make my color stickers, I printed solid color paper from my digital paper shop onto full sheet label paper and punched a circle. I have pasted it into the corresponding box along with the movable box label. I also punched a small circle and added it to the door hook and room color chart for reference.
I drew the floor plan of our new house on A3 paper and pasted for example the corresponding colored stickers in each room. The kitchen has a red sticker. On the day of the move I will attach it to the entrance wall so that the removal workers and the lucky people I have bonded with to help us move will know where each box should go.
Our new home is one story. When we moved into our house today, our two floors only used the room color chart and I drew an arrow pointing up if the box had to go up. It works fine, but I think the giant floor plan we’re going to use this time around will be better!
I intend to create a directory for our new home and keep the relevant sheets of this set as well as the home update and inventory set pages.
