This doll is my designed paper doll, made to be cut on your Cricut machine. This DIGITAL FILE is in SVG for cutting machines and also in black and white PDF for printing and hand cutting. The download includes step-by-step instructions on how to draw and print the file using Cricut Machine.

When the image file is perfectly aligned, you will notice that each paper cutting machine has its own margin of error. Sometimes the drawing lines are not perfectly centered and there is nothing to do but enjoy life’s imperfections 🙂

To make these paper doll cutouts, you’ll need white cardboard, scissors (an exacto knife can also come in handy!), and a printable paper doll model. I’ve included instructions and cutting guides on the download, so you know exactly where to cut, score, and fold.

Download the printable paper doll PDF and print on 8.5 x 11 white card stock (I used Neenah 65 # Bright White).

Tip: To make paper dolls last longer, laminate them before cutting. I use this cheap laminator from Scotch and it works great!

Arrange the dolls and clothes in their separate piles. Now is the time for an endless variety of paper doll activities! Another option is to laminate the printable, then cut out and add magnetic dots to the back of the paper doll. You can use it on a cookie sheet or any other magnetic surface.

I used 65 lbs. Blank cardstock for free printable paper doll patterns. You definitely want something thicker than normal computer paper, otherwise the paper doll won’t be durable. To make paper dolls last longer, laminate before cutting. I use this cheap laminator from Scotch and it works great!

Store the paper dolls in a pencil box or metal lunch box (if you have magnets).
