This week-long plan follows the trainer’s plan for success: three-day endurance training, one day of cardio and one day for recovery. During your “vacation”, be sure to stay active with some cardio light, such as going for a walk or cycling. You can plan what fits your schedule best, but we recommend taking a day off if You feel pain. And if you feel like you have free time, go to the gym again.
Ideally, you can print out each workout to take to the gym or do it in the privacy of your own home. None of these exercises require much in the way of equipment; A pair of dumbbells is as it gets.

Free 30 Day Advanced Home Workout Challenge
Set of Dumbbells. Most daily workouts require a set of dumbbells. Each weight training will have a recommended dumbbell weight, usually between 5 and 15 pounds. Remember that muscle growth occurs with heavy lifting.
Mini Loop Resistance Band. You can add a shield to the leg exercises to increase the intensity. These are the small loop resistance wires I have (discount code: NML).
Foam roll. A great way to release sore muscles after training or use on a re-active day.
About 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. You can always take as many days off as needed!

If you are a runner and want to incorporate running into your full body workout plan, I suggest you complete three strength training sessions per week. Choose from three full body workouts or choose:
